Alexandra uses handcrafted Nepalese sound vibrational bowls - made from seven sacred metals and hand-hammered with sacred chants. When these bowls are played on and around your body, the vibrations penetrate at a cellular level: calming an overactivated nervous system, dissolving energetic stagnation, and restoring harmony to the auric, etheric, and physical fields simultaneously. Sessions are available in-person in Arvada, CO.

A fully immersive group sound healing experience for families of three. Everyone's hands and feet are wrapped in warm towels as you're surrounded by harmonic bowls, sharing a calming, connecting journey together.
A gentle, supportive session designed for young people. Surrounded by singing bowls, with warm bowls resting on the body and a lavender eye pillow, kids and teens are given a safe space to rest and reset. The calming vibrations help lower anxiety, ease social overwhelm, and support focus and concentration.
